I need a word for "sneezing so hard my menstrual cup came halfway out," with or without a compound to add "good thing I wasn't in public at the time."

Anyone got one?

Does this happen to other people?

And when does perimenopause become full menopause?

Asking all of this for a friend, obviously.

Menopause is a point in time when a person has gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period.

Sorry: I was being arch. I know the definitions of menopause and perimenopause. I've just been in perimenopause for several years now and wish someone could tell me when I would be done with the whole thing!

And so unpredictable! I went seven weeks between and hoped this time, I'd made it to menopause. Nope!
