Opt out of LJ's moneymaking scheme

I don't understand all the ins and outs, but LJ has again introduced code to add their own affiliate number to external links. Worse, this code starts to act when one merely mouses over links; you don't even have to click. Apparently, hackers might be able to make mischief with it.
