I have discovered that Brilliant Husband is not in fact always watching the same show I am (and here I thought all these Saturday nights he was watching the Jack and Ianto show too--you think you know a guy!). For your entertainment and enlightenment, he has graciously agreed to write a guest column.

I was under no delusion that Aelf and I were always watching the same shows (although we are watching the same Slings and Arrows, Sarah Jane Adventures, and Heroes).

Torchwood: She was certainly not watching the More of Tosh's Legs, Please Show (although I suppose it's possible she was watching the All You Guys, And You Especially, Gwen, Need To Show Rhys a Little More Respect Show).

Doctor Who: I have been generally watching the Jo, I Mean Sarah Jane, I Mean Romana, I Mean Ace (Especially The WWII Episode With The Great Hair), I Mean Rose, I Mean Martha, I Mean I Want Rose Back Oh And That Guy With The Really Cool Blue Box Show. So sue me. (And on a similar note, I was definitely watching the Seven Of Nine (Especially The WWII Episode With The Great Hair) Show. Anybody know how to do that with dead straight, really fine hair? Tell Aelf!)

Battlestar Galactica: Aelf, as she has mentioned, has stopped watching the Gaius Baltar Is One Crazy F--- And Can We See More Naked Six But Please Make Her Eat Something Show; I, however, continue to watch the Too Many Years On Too Few Ships With No Psychiatric Help Especially For The People Who Should Know Better Show.

Stargate Atlantis: I am looking forward to the next season of the Rodney McKay May Indeed Be Smarter Than Me But That's Because He's Got Better Toys Show. But I wish it was the We're All Smarter Than The Aliens Show.

Thanks, sweetie, for the chance to share with your buds.
