RDA in very brief cameos on SNL: see the three spots pulled together by

A president who makes jokes on purpose! (Sorry, couldn't resist.) "Obama gets laughs at Alfalfa dinner"
And then there's Life with Small Child. Friday morning, I woke up feeling awful (yes, it may be related to yesterday's dizzy spells). Brilliant Husband, wonderful man that he is, let me sleep in almost 90 minutes and got Small Child off to school, so I didn't personally witness these gems:
BH works from home and was already at his work computer when SC, who was supposed to be getting dressed, stomped up.
"Guess what I found inside my pants!" she demanded angrily, one hand behind her back.
"A leg? Two legs?"
"This!" she yelled, waving a pair of pink panties. Apparently I was to blame for not taking them out when I did the laundry.
"Well, who leaves her panties bunched up in her pants?"
She stalked off.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"To tell Mom!"
He put a stop to that.
(It turned out that the panties, and thus presumably the pants as well, had not in fact been washed, so it was not Mom's fault at all. Someone had confused her dirty clothes with clean.)
I'm not sure if it was before or after that incident that she was supposed to be brushing her teeth, and BH went to check on her. He saw the bathroom door partly closed--with hands at the top and a foot around the edge.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"Oh. I wanted to see what's on the top shelf" of the little set of shelves behind the door.
"Why didn't you just ask?"
"I didn't think of that."
I think I'm really glad I stayed in bed. I did get up after SC was gone and managed to put in a good day's work, mostly reading Old English. (Don't I have the greatest job? I spent hours reading OE poetry on Friday!)
So far today I'm feeling much better. I ate my oatmeal and molasses--only to find Life cereal has even more iron! Back to that tomorrow. I had a banana and drank plenty of water, but not too much. A front moved through, which may also have affected my ears and thus my sense of balance (or vertigo, as the case may be). Thanks for all the good wishes and suggestions. The problem may well have been a combination of factors, and I'm going to be cautious for a few days and continue to make sure I get plenty of iron, liquids, and other nutrients.
