Loriel Eris has posted the Radio Times 50 Greatest Sci-fi TV Shows Of All Time and written, "For my curiosity: strike if you hated; bold if you've seen them all; italicise if you've seen more than one whole episode."

Hey, I can do that!

Red Dwarf
The X-Files
This would be a bold if they had quit making them before it went to pot!
Lost
Life on Mars (just tried to borrow through Netflix; they don't have it!?)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Star Trek: The Next Generation AND have all on home-recorded VHS tapes!
Stargate SG-1 Nearly bold: we started in s7, have seen s7-s10 and s1-early s6. We'll get there!
The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Star Trek (original series)
AND have all on DVD!
Quantum Leap
Heroes
Blake's 7 Have s1-3 on DVD! s4 on really low-quality VHS (Will get s4 DVDs sometime!)
Twin Peaks but really shouldn't have watched s2

The Prisoner And have the whole set on DVD!
Battlestar Galactica (2000s)
Thunderbirds
Lost in Space Loved it as a kid; saw one ep as an adult and turned it off, or it would get a strikethru
Farscape AND have all on home-recorded VHS tapes! And one season on DVD!

The Incredible Hulk
The Six Million Dollar Man
Wonder Woman

Sapphire & Steel
The Avengers
The Twilight Zone

Primeval
Battlestar Galactica (1970s) missed ONE episode of the whole run

Space: 1999

Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons
Quatermass (four series)
UFO
Sliders
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century
Survivors
Doomwatch
Land of the Giants
The 4400 but we're not happy with this season and may quit
Millennium
Jekyll
The Outer Limits
Xena: Warrior Princess
The Time Tunnel
The Invisible Man (1984)
Adam Adamant Lives
Alien Nation
A for Andromeda

Where on Earth is Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, the greatest show in the franchise!

Is this list really in order? Because I would seriously reorder if I were listing #1 first (Doctor Who! Doctor Who!

I must agree with Redbyrd: Star Cops should be on this list! (We've seen almost all of them now!)
And where is Stargate: Atlantis? Beats the heck out of some of the things on this list! (A few have no italics but no strikethrough because it took me one episode or less to hate the series.)

I am terribly afraid this proves a) I have very little taste (almost no strikethroughs) b) I have wasted much of my life on tv and c)I we have WAYYYY too many old VHS tapes and too many new DVDs!

You haven't seen Buffy? Ooh. And another seriously missing show- Firefly! Musn't forget the Whedon.

And perhaps it's not lack of taste- maybe you just stopped watching stuff before you'd seen enough to really hate it *g*!

Some of mine were italicised but not bolded because I've yet to see the last few eps, or am still catching up with what has aired recently, or what I watched as a child and never got to see all of. I really should have added stuff like that to my list.

Yeah, I missed an X-File here or there, but I figured it was "close enough" (I tend to cheat on memes...such a rebel!)

Buffy is a strange dynamic. I heard it was good, critics raved about it, tried to watch it, found it silly, and then one time I was home during a marathon and "got it". I will admit, it's not for everyone. (And I never really got into Angel).
