Looking over that list, I'm a little surprised by how many of the songs on it aren't ones I'd have chosen, either. But don't ask me which ones I would choose, as picking out even as many as forty seems like it would be extremely difficult.
And having Weird Al sit in your lap may be the single coolest thing that has happened to anyone, ever. For certain values of the word "cool," anyway. But those are very much my values. :)
