We were shocked to read about these problems with Verizon; if we've been billed wrong, we never noticed. They seem more responsive than our previous provider, Bright House, which once cut off our cable for non-payment. They had the wrong house. Husband works from home and needs Internet (even more than I do!). He lost the connection and saw someone walking past the side of the house. He ran outside and confronted him, or we might have lost it for a day or more.
It's especially tricky because we're not exactly certain what the problem is; we think it's network related, but how?
