Wraithfodder made a heroic sacrifice for us, suffering through Showdown at Area 51 so that she could tape the Season 3, second half preview; you can view it on her journal. Spoilers, of course! (But the big one is the kind I like!)

Then she took screencaps from that ad and made her own captions. Unless you are deathly opposed to spoilers, go: read them now. Even if you don't bother watching the preview. It's much more fun than the preview (and hey, I enjoyed the preview!).

For addicts concerned about Joe Mallozzi's health since he hasn't posted for a few days in the usual place, some news (that you probably already know): it seems his regular blog was locked down as a "suspected spam blog"; he replied in comments for a few days (thanks to kimberlyfdr for alerting me to that, because I don't read most of the comments and missed it) and then began an "alternative blog": Joseph Mallozzi's blog on Wordpress. Potential spoilers here too. He's dropping a lot of hints about a particular matter, and of course the fans are going nuts (no, I'm not exempting myself, although I've tried to be fairly restrained in my comments!), and he'd better watch it, because if he doesn't carry out what he seems to be hinting, there are going to be a lot of really angry people.
