Thanks for the links. We had two sources, one the official website, and they didn't give any times other than the gametimes! I don't know how others knew when to go!
Obviously, in the future we'll make a lot more inquiries. But honestly, I'm not sure we'll ever have a chance like this again. We don't have the time to travel to cons; we've been to two Vulkons in Florida, and even those were a few years ago now.
