Following abyssinia4077 and aurora_novarum, here are the fics I've done with the points of view I've used:

SG-1
Sam: five (plus one SGA, below) "Charades" (first-person), "Dakara and Everything After", "Back in the Band", "Ripples", "Acquainted with the Night"
Jack: five, one of which is split. "Tin Pot", "Not Enough Beer", "Fostering Relations" (alternates between Jack and Daniel), "Changing the Guard", "My Dinner with Vala" (not first-person, though it sounds like it)
Daniel: two, both of which are split: "Fostering Relations" (alternates between Jack and Daniel); "Diplomacy" (he gets less than half; it's mostly Cam's point of view)
Teal'c: one, "Better Than Revenge"
Reese: one, "A Time for Kiling" (first-person)
Janet: one, "...and a Time for Healing"
Cam: one "Diplomacy" (mostly Cam's point of view, but some scenes from Daniel's)

SGA
Carson: two, one of which is split. "Haar", "The Unrelenting Past" (split between Carson and John)
Sam: one, plus five SG-1 (above) "Truth and Consequences"
John: one, split; "The Unrelenting Past" (split between Carson and John)
Kate Heightmeyer: one, "Every Day"

Torchwood
Ianto: "Moorings"

Doctor Who (only counting Internet, not stories written back in college)
The Doctor: "Goodbye"

I am absolutely shocked to realize that I have apparently never actually written Rodney McKay's point of view: he's such a major character in all my SGA stories that I had forgotten I've only given him dialogue.

I also didn't realize that I've written more Sam than anyone else--but that Jack is a pretty close second.

My upcoming Primeval story novella, if anyone is interested, mostly alternates Nick and Stephen, with some scenes from Lester's point of view. The second installment (already begun) alternates Stephen and an original character of mine, and I think I will be using Nick's point of view again as well. (A third, an interlude that so far exists only in my head, is from Helen's--and someone I won't name here, because it's a surprise. Yes, I have a whole mini-series planned out. It's not my fault! I didn't mean to do it!)
