Mostly, I hate the plots on
Glee. I can't stand half the adults who are regulars. The less I see of Will Schuster, the better. I pretty much only like Sue Sylvester when she's with her sister. I never want to see Teri or her sister again. I only like Emma some days.
For me, it's
The Kurt and Mercedes Show—or
The Kurt and Kurt's Dad and Mercedes Show.
( Spoilers through the Gaga episode )One last thing, though: I hate it when they praise the originality and importance of the celebrity of the week. I didn't like it when they did it with Madonna, who has enough staying power that even I can't deny her importance and influence. Lady Gaga hasn't been around long enough to show that she's not a flash in the pan. If we want to see women taking on characters and singing, let's hear someone with a fantastic voice.
I want an Annie Lennox episode. They can do some Eurythmics and some of her solo work. She has a far better voice than Madonna, more interesting songs, and doesn't come with cheap jokes about dating children.
I guess one after-last thing: I suppose we'll never see them do Weird Al, but I keep hearing alternate words in my head to the songs they're doing.
Like a surgeon—hey!
Cuttin' for the very first time!
