SG-1's only "noticeboard" is really the sg1_debrief. If you're on its list (And you are), and announce fics on your lj, then they'll show up in the biweekly issue.

There's a few stargate fic places you can go to announce. stargatefic, stargatefanfic and um...probably some others I can't remember. (I tend to use the first one of those, and forget to post there half the time). Plus there's character specific archives as well.

I've looked at stargategenrec before (for obvious interests), but it seems very SGA focused, isn't it?
