Oh, thank you! I grabbed the icon as soon as I saw it and left thanks for its creator, but later I kept thinking, "Wait—when was that moment? Is that the front room? But the color isn't quite right, and shouldn't there be an ox skull?" This is John, right? Then I couldn't find the icon ever again. I had no idea that still came from the kitchen. Clearly I haven't looked at the kitchen enough. We bought the DVD set on sale months ago, but I haven't even opened the plastic packaging yet! A bit busy.
I loved GAH and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could still enjoy it at my advanced age, but having a kid who enjoys it helps. Your mileage may vary, but I find Robert Culp even more amazing now.
Somehow, Sparky doesn't even look like a black lump with eyes. She usually just looks like a black lump. We delete most photos of her from the camera because they're abject failures.
Yes, I work on a very cool era of history! Obviously I took my name from there (although at least one famous Aelfgyfu earned a very bad reputation, and I think the other well-known one did too). I love the name, and I even have this manuscript illustration with my name on it!
