Yep, it's just that good. I started out as a Sam fan, but now I like Dean just as much. Wonderful actor!

Most of my favorite shows are obscure. I love 'Life'-so obscure it got cancelled even though it was really great. I love Chuck, and it's barely escaping cancellation.... It seems like the shows with the best writing are mostly unvalued, sadly.

Looked up 'Bugs' and 'Playthings'. I'm afraid I liked 'Playthings'. I thought it was creepy. I don't remember 'Bugs', but the synopsis sounds rather like 'Swarmed', a movie with so little characterization that even Michael Shanks couldn't save it. ;) Perhaps it was a joke on the 'bugs take over a town' trope?
