Oh, dear. I think (and I know BH will correct me if I'm wrong) part of the reason we never thought to query our billing until this recent mistake was that the price was either better or not much higher than we'd been paying Bright House without having phone included!

Mostly we've been happy with Verizon. They're better than our previous providers by a long shot!
